My very first book 'The Living Spirit, One Woman's Battle Amongst Ghosts, Spirits & The Living' was a huge accomplishment. Not because it took me almost 6 years to write. I had a story to tell about experiences, not just my own as I have come to understand over the year's, but experiences of others too.
 
For me, it was clear those visiting from the spirit world weren't going anywhere, so I had to accept I was chosen for a reason. I had to accept my dearest darling departed sister, Christine wanted to stay close to me. This was her way of telling me I was going to be ok as she hadn't left me. This was her way of telling me I had a purpose in life. Accepting 'dead' people hanging out with me was my way of healing. We all want and need healing when we lose people we love, including those in spirit who too need our healing. We can support this healing process in so many simple ways for us and for them.
 
 
The Living Spirit, One Woman's Battle Amongst Ghosts, Spirits & The Living' was a detailed story on growing and developing this gift I had clearly been given, a 'gift' so many of us know we have but afraid to use, or simply don't know how to use.
